Colombia Day Three…

This evening I began a series of eight messages based on my book, For the Love of God. About halfway through the message all the power went out and it was pitch black.

I pondered the situation for a second and then raised my voice and continued speaking. A moment later, Timothy turned on a flashlight and reflected it off the ceiling to give the room some light.

As I continued to speak, I thought, “This seems like a family camp!” At our family camps, I frequently teach under the stars in the evening.

Despite the power outage, the evening went well and God touched lives.
